Dear Sam, 

We would like to thank you for a very helpful handover session when we collected our new Burstner van. You demonstrate some things it would have taken a while for us to discover and we appreciated you arranging for the workshop staff to fit the awning rafter. All the other staff involved in our purchase etc were friendly and efficient too.

We have only had the opportunity for one night away as yet but everything worked well and we were very comfortable…. so far so good!
