We’ve just returned from our first 10 days away in our new-to-us Burstner, our first owned motorhome after several holidays in rented vehicles.   From the first “just browsing on the way past” visit, though purchase, vehicle handover and afterwards, the service we’ve received from Gemma, Jayne and Sam has been truly excellent.   Every question answered promptly and comprehensively; all certificates, service records, guarantees and manuals available; no complication or surprises, and all done with a genuine smile and no hard sell at all.  The motorhome was absolutely spotless inside and out – like new – on handover.  We covered over 700 miles on our first trip, staying at 6 different sites, and the motorhome performed perfectly throughout.  If only the British weather was as reliable!

It has given us great peace of mind to know the vehicle was originally supplied by, and has always been serviced by, HoEM.  Despite us living a couple of hours drive away, we intend to carry on using Heart of England for our servicing and maintenance needs.  Thank you to you all for making it such a positive experience all round.
