We’ve just returned from our first 10 days away in our new-to-us Burstner, our first owned motorhome after several holidays in rented vehicles. From the first “just browsing on the way past” visit, though purchase, vehicle handover and afterwards, the service we’ve received from Gemma, Jayne and Sam has been truly excellent. Every question answered promptly and comprehensively; all certificates, service records, guarantees and manuals available; no complication or surprises, and all done with a genuine smile and no hard sell at all.
